I once went to nuremburg, good eatin there and beer  dude, new braunfels Tx. for wurstfest, end of conversation! it ties munich octoberfest (funny how they both happen in october though) for debauchery and sausage consumption. trust me on this.

Another way to do deer sausage is to split it and fry it for breakfast. Good stuff.

Another way to do deer sausage is to split it and fry it for breakfast. Good stuff. I dice it and do an omelet with taters, onions, maters and jalapenos. good stuff in camp maynard! trick is add some whole milk to the eggs then whip the hell out of them.

It's not far from Woman Hollering Creek. There used to be a sign on I10 before SA that said Woman Hollering Creek. Not sure if it's still there. It's near Saint Hedwick. My great great grandfather is buried there. I don't know if he liked boiled sausage. And that sign is still there I’ll try and get a pic of it today as I am rolling thru the area
