I would say no. Since Covid is never going to go away, they will have to perpetually keep their employees safe and not open the park.
Per Luminant website:
January 6, 2022 Update:
Squaw Creek Park is currently closed. The park, owned and operated by Luminant, adheres to our company’s COVID-19 safety protocols. We certainly understand the desire of those who want to fish at the park and reservoir. However, in the continuing effort to keep our team members and communities safe, we have closed the park. This website will be updated when a reopening date is set. Oh its gone... only a select few "Crazies" keeping it alive

Wife is a Nurse Practitioner and they have zero cases of covid 19 at their Hospital and they are a big hospital.. She keeps hear about a surge but has yet to see it.. Do not believe anything that Dr. Fake says..

It seems like each new variant is weaker than the previous. Fewer and fewer hospitalized. At some point it needs to be classified as a like the flu, not a world ending virus.

So the covuds were a scam? No covid is real but Dr. Fauci keeps saying a new wave is coming.. They sure are not seeing a new wave at my wifes hospital.. We are going to have to learn to live with it.. Sun does the body good so keep fishing... I mostly fish and sometimes catch a few..
