Had a sumo orange for breakfast--excellent.

This is the only "healthy" way to take in that much sugar. When you get sugar from natural sources like the orange, the orange also has FIBER. Bottled OJ is processed and the fiber is removed as its unstable and cannot be stored for long periods. Nature packs the antidote (fiber) with the potential issue (sugar).

This is the case for just about anything with a shelf life of more than a few days. Some exceptions with frozen...they can pack some frozen veggies with minimal processing.

Go wow your friends with these fun facts today!

Far superior, like I don't understand how any other brands ever get bought.

I like the Kroger fresh-squeezed when it is available.

Got to be pulpless right now after the cancer surgery, but I like pulp most of the time.

No pulp.

Some people go to church and think about fishing. Some go fishing and think about God.

as long as it has tequila and a splash of grenadine it doesn't matter.

The only orange juice anyone should be buying is the freshly squeezed OJ in the produce section at HEB. Once you try this, anything else is absolute trash!
