Does the boat ramp area have any kind of bathroom? Is there an actual address for the boat ramp area?

I typed in one one time that the marker was in the middle of the lake. The route was on the other side of the lake, and the road dead ends into the lake. Glad I was running a bit behind, so dawn was breaking or otherwise, it's conceivable that might not have ended well.
