Yea it is a free public ramp. Beware of the crack heads that cruse thru looking for something to steal.

I wouldn't trust it, good place to come back and find broken glass on the ground. Only ramp that might be more dangerous is Cheneyboro

Is the crab creek public ramp useable? It is not for a bass boat. We tried to use it last Thursday and there was not enough water to reach the bottom of the boat and my rear truck tires were in the water. The trailer tires were off the ramp and in the mud. We just put in at Oak cove and made the run back that direction.
