I read an article from Tommy Biffle saying the water is 55 and it’s a shallow crank fest. I dunno Saturday the warmest I saw in the afternoon was 50, most water was 48 all day. Saw big fish suspended- couldn’t get a shallow bite.

I’ll go with Jacob Wheeler for each and every lake the BPT fishes.

I was there today playing with a new transducer and saw 55 degree water and a bunch of them trying to find the retreads lol. Evers is too familiar with Grand to rule him out, and Van Dam has done really well there, especially on a crankbait bite.

Where did you see 55? Drowning and Duck were 48-50 yesterday- I didn’t go anywhere else.

Wolf, and I don’t think they have any off limits. There was some tournament there today that paid $20,000 to win but I think they were out of staters.

Sorry sir, I already picked him and if he wins, Grandbassslayer has to buy me a steak dinner at a really expensive restaurant. You can pick Ott or someone else.

Hey anyone know why there are 41 instead of 40 who qualified for this, rules say top 39 in points plus the previous redcrest champion.

If we were at a sports book, I would throw $20 down on John Cox. He's going to be coming off a Top 10 at Santee Cooper with no practice.
