The lake is way up and the boat ramps are closed, but i'm thinking the only fishing that will be available in this area is going to be cats. Any thoughts on georgetown? Where to go? baits? jug lines or trotlines? Any help would be appreciated.

How will you use jug lines or trotlines if the boat ramps are closed?

You probably do not have much of a choice on where to fish either if the lake is over-full.

Go up river to Tejas Park and work back for cats.
