1. There is a port on the back of the unit that looks like a phone jack and is labeled either "network" or "Panoptix". If you are not running Livescope and all three units have a cable plugged into that port, they should be linked together.
2. You will have to get a GMS 10 port expander to link all three since there is just one network port on each unit:

4. Make sure software is up to date on this issue.
5. More than likely interference from lower unit of motor on this, but would be hard to tell for certain without looking at it. If it improves or goes away after trimming up the engine, that's the issue.
6. I don't believe so. I think there is a way that you can delete just the tracks in the user data menu though.
