You can use any rod for any lure, if it feels right to you. Trust me.

I'd buy the 7'-0 medium power.

I've got a boat load of them. Use them for almost all my movement baits. Swim jig, chatter baits, square bills, buzz baits, spinner baits. some cranks.

People that spend more are hunting status IMHO.

Now I'm a braid/leader lover. If you use FC or Mono, the MH might be better.

I guess to each his own. I would think the 7’3ā€h would be better for chatterbait and spinnerbait than the 7’m

I'm just here for status... but IMHO... You get what you pay for. I fish a lot of flipping, frogs, heavy cover jigs, and I am not gentle on the equipment. I can tell you that I break a lot fewer higher end rods than I did with the opposing end of rods. Get what feels best for you and the most you can be comfortable spending. In the end it is your happiness and fishing.

I use the 7 ft medium Enigma Atomic 29 crankbait rod for my chatterbaits. I have a 7-3 and 7-6 BPS cranking stick for my bigger crank baits and they're hard to beat.
