Cmack Extreme Angler C Joined: Oct 2004 Posts: 1,693 Onalaska,Tx	I've drug a 19.5' Nitro off the trailer in my yard replaced the bunks. Back up to a tree, tie the boat to said pine and drive out from under it. to reload back the trailer up to where the rear roller is touching the bow, hook up the trailer winch and start winching it up while someone in the truck eases back to keep the strain off the winch. Same thing would work there, just have to get it lined up and go. pretty simple really.
