I usually start producing gas when I sit down at the table and see a big ole helping staring me in the face. About 3 hours later it gets blazing saddles serious. But dang! I sure do love the flavor.

lol, as an old I started taking a colon health probiotic, they work but geeeez louise the gas is annoying sometimes.
