Someone in this hick town posted on Facebook their car got broken into. I asked if it was locked. She said no, she didn't want a window busted or a slim jim used. The overwhelming majority of the respondents said the same and pretty much called me an idiot for suggesting she lock her car..really?

Whether the car is locked or not doesn’t give a lowlife the right to go through it and steal stuff. It’s really not that hard to understand.

Then the car wasn’t really broken into. It was entered.

Used to could get away with not locking vehicles or houses in hick towns. Then the outsiders moved in and ruined everything.

My car was entered one time while parked in my driveway, stole a cheap radar detector. I inadvertently left it unlocked. I considered it my fault, but I would have loved to get my hands on the awhole that did it.

When you live in the hood you just keep nothing of value in the car including insurance cards leave it unlock and they learn ... Hate buying windows for nothing or least that's how I roll in my hood ..

I don’t understand why so many people park in their driveway when they have a two car or more garage.
