I made a passing comment a few years ago on a popular Texas saltwater site about a big school of redfish we ran into between Contee and Fifth lake. Not exactly what you'd call a easy place to get into. Pulled four dudes off mudbars the next weekend that all had heard about the killing taking place. Lesson learned.

The weekend warriors get stuck a lot. Watched a ski boat run up on the sand bars in South Bay and they had no clue. They had to call sea tow to get out. Do your research and be cautious of where you run your boat folks.And even if you can run in it.. That does not mean you can stop! Otherwise you will be sitting on the bottom.
