Hasn’t Barry Osborn written a book on how to get fish records? Texas has a lot of open or very reachable categories for not so well known or often pursued fish species. Does Texas have a catch and release length record for fish?

I like this catch-and-release category, seems to encourage conservation rather than let’s kill many of the big ones to see what they weigh.
