This is for a buddy, not me. Looking for a guide to take 3 adults, one elderly out for some crappie. Wants something in the DFW area and Richland Chambers came to mind. Any thoughts on this are appreciated. I do not know a time frame for the trip.

I've used Britt Stewart before and had a great time and good fishing. I think he charges $400 for a full day which is a very reasonable rate.

Try Joe Moore...
Nice guy, runs out of Harbor Marina, knows the lake and enjoys sharing wisdom.

Specializes in hybrids, whites, and blue cats but he knows the crappie secrets on that lake as well...

Chris Moody is the one and only guide I recommended as you won’t be disappointed and I know for a fact he is on that crappie bite on RC right now !!! Go get em !!

PS : The gone fishing group are decent guides but honestly Chris Moody owns Richland Chambers in my opinion on putting you on the crappie. If you are wanting white bass go with gone fishing but again when it comes to crappie Chris moody is your guide on Richland Chambers or Palestine and thats not fake news it’s facts.

Thanks for the nice comments! Our focus is more toward Whites/Hybrids and Catfish, but we do a little Crappie fishing periodically. Yesterday, one of my local Lake Customers and I started with the Catfish, tried the Crappie and ended with the White Bass over a 4-hour trip. We ended with 16 Cats, 3 Crappie and 13 Whites (All really large Females ready to pop). Crappie are moving to the shallows on the NW end of the Lake. We just need a little less Cold and a little more Sunshine and it will be ON! Check us out at www.gonefishin.biz and give us a call! We're beginning our 22nd year of Guiding on RC this year! Here's a few Pics from yesterday!

Thank you! I run and fish as hard as anyone and will always give 110%. Customers go through a lot of planning & expenses just to get here and believe me I'm going to try and give them the best that RC has to offer. Thank you for the recommendation!!!
