I rarely shop at TW anymore. It was taking crazy amounts of time for me to receive my packages. Went back to using LandBigFish, Sportsmans Warehouse, Midway USA, and a few others. Maybe TW shipping has sped back up

They are alright but stock is limited.

As for Tacklewarehouse, I am on 4 business days and items still have not shipped. Can't say that you have them in stock and then hold out on shipping. I have moved to ordering from Sportsman's Outfitters if they have what I need.

Recently made an order and it would not give me an option of free whipping like it was supposed to do. Sent them an email. They called me and told me it was because I chose priority shipping. I told them it was because priority was the only option. He sits there and puts an order in and says "Hmmmm - you're right - it won't give it to me either." He manually made a credit and all was good. Good customer service to me, but I wonder how many just let it slide??

I needed some stuff for a tournament so I paid for next day air. They took 6 days to ship my order and wouldn’t refund my next day air. I have had a couple issues and customer service was horrible both times. I won’t order through them again.

Yesterday I finally received one shipping number of the two orders I placed. No I am not a PRO, but I order a lot or was from them. You all can keep saying no problems, but that is good for you and hope that continues. But something has changed. I called no answer, I emailed and NO answer. Tomorrow will be one week on my second order. I noticed this change around Nov-Dec. They may try to tell you employee issues or shipping demand is high. But holding anyone's order isn't right and their name will start going down unless they start being transparent. Something is off and you should be aware.

It sounds like something is wrong with so many people having issues, im just glad I have never had any from them including an order I placed with them this year. No issues and quick shipping. I guess I am lucky there.
I must say that with all the issues people have posted about does have me hesitant about ordering from them.

I heard that several sporting goods online places got hacked over the holidays, not just tackle warehouse.

Placed a $200+ order last Friday and will receive today UPS Ground shipping.....using PayPal.

Have never had a problem with TW....

unless you got the most rinky dink bank or credit card companies...you got nothing to worry about. Credit card fraud happens....at this point its a slight inconvenience for the consumer because the CC and debit card companies are so good at spotting things. I get hacked pretty much regularly...even got my debit card hit WITH MY PIN number withdrawing from an ATM. Thats the longest I had to wait to get my money back and it was like 3 days. All the other times my bank/debit card company or credit card company called me and asked me if I made the purchases, I said no. They cancelled and reissued. With the CCs it just ended things. With the debit card ones they sent me back the withdrawn funds that same(ish) day. So didnt put me out at all.

Shop on. it wasnt a TW problem...it was a payment processor problem. TW isnt the payment processor, plain and simple.

Again glad you have never had any issues, but you need to understand that something has changed. I use to call them from time to time but that is a no go anymore. Now I emailed them two days ago and this is what I just got from them.

"Ok but my problem is one, it will be more than a week before it is shipped. The real issue is transparency. There is NO reason TW should have waited this long. If this was notified to me I might have gone somewhere else or been ok. But TW appears to not care about my part of the relationship. You may lose money to this honesty, but I would stand with a company that was truthful and upfront.
