Anyone else not seeing any bluebonnets up this year? I usually have good coverage out in the front areas. Have only found a few growing this year.

Too early here for them to be noticeable. They should be well germinated but probably 1/2-1" tall max right now. I'll check the pasture next to my office, it's typically full of them. See how the warm December and dry winter affected germination.

Probably still a little too early with these last cold snaps we've been having.

They are usually an inch or two by now but I'm seeing very few that germinated. I'm wondering if we just didn't get enough moisture late fall

I have plenty that have germinated in front of my house. Last year was a good year for mine. [Linked Image]

I had loads of them last year but very few came up in those areas this year. We just haven't had much rain in the Somervell county area since Sept last year.

Germ rates don't look too bad. I'd say avg at this point. We'll see.

Mine are getting taller with recent rain and warmer weather. Hail did not seem to impact them much but it sure knocked a lot of leaves off my oaks. Normally my know my Ranger peach trees are in full bloom but have not seen a flower on them.

Hey, thanks for the map, it really shows how bad its been.
Dallas co. has been fortunate so far, just enough to get by.
Pray for rain.

Starting to bloom pretty good. Much better crop than I expected.
