We tore out some sheetrock and a big booth and table, ordered a new window, the 75 inch TV still works, it is just a little charred. The smell is the worst thing, we set off bombs last night and will continue to do so for a few days. The landlord was a little upset that the sprinkler system was not active, I am sure glad it did not go off, we would really have a mess.

Look up a company called bio sweep
We use them on fire losses for insurance claims
I have been in property’s that are burnt pretty bad and can’t smell a thing after they have treated the property,
