Has anyone been in or paddled the Crescent litetackle? I am looking for some opinions. I already have a pedal drive kayak but i would like a little smaller lighter throw and go kayak/ river kayak. Any input would be greatly appreciated

I have one I bought 2nd hand. Had it about 2 years now. Love it for a smaller yak. Very well made. My only complaint are the foot rest rails are kinda sharp and I have scraped myself on them moving around to land a fish and such. I just took a dremel to them but I think they should have plastic or rubber ends on them. Lots of deck space. Yak attack mounts. I can stand in it but I would not try setting the hook on a fish. Comfy seat. Now I have the 1st gen boat. The second I noticed (in pics on their website) has some improved seat mounting, and the sides are molded to make it hard to scrape oneself. Also the front hatch can easily accommodate your rods! It does track incredible for a small boat. My bigger kayak does not track like the crescent. Super solid and premium feeling in every way IMO. I am out in mine every chance I get. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2021/11/full-63423-118609-river.jpg)
