These two excellent reel repair craftsman are not computer guru;s like you David.
But if you want your reels repaired, they are your best bet,
Marks' DaD was RT who passed last January from Covid and was in business at Lake Fork for the past 18 years.

Had a reel malfunction while fishing ( hookset) took it in to Tackleright now @ 17 & 515. Mark said I will call you when I have some info, well it needed a part if ordered it would be some time and $$. Well Mark had a used part and in-stock and now reel is repaired. Many Thanks Tackleright... Great service - Quick - Super reasonable 
In order to catch Big Fish..Sometimes you gotta Suffer.
