So I have been fishing almost daily from the park adjacent to my place. A family member thought I might need to get a yearly pass. Well I went to the site to get a pass. However it required a License Plate which I don’t have. I depend on Lyft. Anyone familiar with the restrictions for this area on pedestrian / wheelchair usage? Am I over thinking this situation?

I have no clue but if there is not a guard shack to ask then I would just continue using it until someone says something to you. Until you can find out the correct answer at least.

Thanks, I just called the admin office which I should of done first. No fees for pedestrian usage. So mom’s a happy camper now.
