Somebody said i am a roll... It was another extraordinary Sunday. ScottyP and Guy deadsticked with me from 1230 to 430pm. We only did one long (2-mile) drift and boated 111 fish with about 20 overs. Biggest was by ScottyP a new PB, measures 37" weighs 17.5 lbs caught on a chartreuse fluke, and I caught the days 2nd biggest at 32" and weighs 12 lbs caught on a chartreuse fluke as well. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2022/02/full-11240-127647-incollage_20220206_224232650.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2022/02/full-11240-127648-incollage_20220206_224622569.jpg) Catching depth was mostly 60 ft with fish suspended mostly at 50ft and below. The graph was not as thick as previous two trips but surprisingly the fish bit much more, my guess is fish are more hungry after days of artic cold spells, and the afternoon temp was warming up comfortably to the 50s. Chartreuse flukes caught more fish today, pink flukes were second. Blue bird skies. Wind was south and variable and light again and i used the TM to speed up a tad. Water temp was 45f to 47f. 111 fish is the most ever on a single trip on Texoma for me. Previous best number was 80 fish on a guide trip with 5 boys. The 17.5 lber beats ScottyP's previous pb of 16 lbs.

Are you using a 2 oz jig head? Still trying to do this consistently on Buchanan If your drift is below dot 7mph use 1 oz. If greater use 1.5 oz. If you DS on 20 to 30 mph day use 2 oz. They all work. Good luck.
