We ran all the way to the last buoy and shut it down. Stay in your lane and follow your digital guide lane.

Are all the main boat lanes still good or are there any areas where the buoys have drifted far enough to be a problem?

Yes and Yes...

Yes the official main boat lanes are MOSTLY good. There are some timber spots NEAR those lanes and the Buoys are off in some places that can get you in trouble. There are also some REALLY SHALLOW spots on some lanes that become dangerous around 7-8' low. They MIGHT put up some danger markers, like 2012-2013.

As far as the marked lanes, are there any specific areas to look out for?

These are the ones I look out for...
West Side:
Power Line Crossing - The Lane makes a couple of turns that can be sketchy if you try and cheat to either side
Big Mustang/Little Mustang Split (has been discussed recently)
Chicken Ridge (or is it Chigger Ridge?) - West/North of the 2946 Bridge, there is a shallow spot in the middle of the lane (runs about 3 FOW at this level)
Shotgun Crossing

East Side:
First turn north of the 154 Bridge (Big timber on BOTH SIDES of the narrow boat lane)
Glade Run north of the 515 Bridge (there is one buoy way off to the side)

General - Be careful around the last buoys everywhere
