First off, I am a diehard Dolphins fan. I was a little shocked when Flores was released. But it sounds like there was a lot going on in the background and with his latest actions, I can see why he was let go.

First, He started with suing the NFL for racial discrimination and last night, once a Black coach was hired for a job he interviewed for (Houston - Lovie Smith), he blames the NFL and says they are out to get him. Any challenge he faces from now on he is going to blame someone else. I am waiting for Nike to give him a big payday and make a commercial about him, like Kaepernick.

When did the world turn inro a victim mentality and a “woe is me” persona?

Flores, even with his firing in Miami, would have been the top candidate for several head coach jobs. Since he went scorched earth on the NFL, I doubt he has much football future ahead of him.

Yep when you start suing you better win because it maybe your last job in that industry
Not sure what he thought was going to happen
People have bought into everyone owes them a job and especially if they are a minority
We just need to go back to best man for the job
Lovie just got the Houston job was he the best or was it a results of this whole deal
Lovie got the bears to the SB if I remember right good coach

I certainly think so…in any job it is generally best to keep head down working and your azz up and mouth shut for the most part. He may get another gig but you have to think most teams would be very wary with good cause.

Another "Victim". Is this [censored] ever going to end!

He will be paid for opening his mouth. He is not white, thus he will be paid shut up money. This has been the normal for a while now
