Installed on 2021 Mercury 200 XP a year ago with no issues. Tried to connect yesterday and couldn't get Bluetooth to pair with module. With unit installed and key on, the smart craft light is illuminated but the Bluetooth light is not blinking as it should. Therefore the module is not searching for the connection as it should be. Anyone ever have this issue? If so, can you please advise on the fix.

Maybe delete the merc app and reinstall it??? Mines been great, had it about 3 years I believe.

Already tried that with no luck. The Bluetooth light is not blinking as it should. This light supposed to start blinking as soon as the key is turned on.
These are things I've tried so far with no luck.
1. Reinstall software
2. Disconnect/reconnect module
3. Checked engine fuses
4. Ohm checked termination plug resistors (read 120 ohms)

Yes I've already combed over that thread and loaded the light blue app and it didn't help. Thank you for trying to help. I've read so many posts/threads but can't seem to find anyone having this unique problem. All of the other connection issues have the bluetooth light blinking.
