Okay here goes.
Nobody cares how much your Dodge is lifted.
Nor how big your tires are.
Nor how much "coal" you can roll.
Nor what you have hanging from ur rear bumper..
If you can't fold your stupid Dodge/Ram mirrors down when not towing it just becomes STUPID...
Thanks rant over. But I would support this bill into law.. Just sayin!! I asked on another forum if those things are telescoping. If not they should be. I think we need a law against the rock and water slinging tires that extend outside the fender wells. I HATE the look of lifted trucks with tires that look wider than they are tall and they stick out way past the fender wells and to make it worse also having tow mirrors fully extended... but to each their own.

Wow! A few of you need some meds or a gummy if leaving Dodge truck mirrors up gives you severe butt hurt. I have to ask. What difference does it make whether they are up or down?

My next truck will be a 3500 Ram diesel but when I tow my mirrors will be out and in when not towing they will not be extended. To each their own but as I stated earlier mirrors extended and tires wider than they are tall is just ghey...

If y'all are upset because i keep my mirrors out all the time in my bone stock 3500, get a freaking life and stay off my lawn. My truck, my money. I do tow a good bit, and it's a PITA to get the newer style mirrors readjusted when flipping up or down. Especially the blind spot portion, for that reason my mirrors stay up. End of story and have a good day....

the 515W public ramp at Fork has a telephone pole right in the middle of the parking lot with a big light on it. My RV was next to the fence at the RV park next to the ramp. We were there about 4 years. I saw or heard at least 12-15 trucks with extended mirrors knock the passenger side mirrors off. Backing out with their trailer attached to go load their boat and........BOOM !! Sounds like a shotgun when they breakoff...
