I actually prefer the colder months here in No Tex. Fewer boats on the water and no sea fleas. Trophy fish are taken in the winter ! Good to have a choice .

Had a butt seat up front, and leaned back against it like a hundred other times, and the seat turned, lost my balance and went right over the side...took about one second. Luckily it was about 90* and the water was warm. I did not have a life preserver on. Debbie freaked out, she was setting in the back seat and didn't even see me fall, just heard me hit the water. I swam around and climbed up the motor using the trim. I was fine, she was a wreck, scared her to death. From that day on we promised her mom, and ourselves that we will always have our vests on. It only takes a one second to fall in, believe me.  `
