It was burnt at the bottom so wouldn't it burn their lips if they sucked on the skinny end?

It's for meth....you use a lighter and keep the flame away from glass. Once it starts to smoke you keep turning it in your hand. The meth stays in the ball part. You don't burn your lips.

I think that is one of those little glass rose vases from the corner gas station. It seems weird to me the people who buy those little glass roses. They don't look like the people who have girl friends to give little glass roses to.
