I’m going out on Roberts tomorrow. Where you guys finding em. We did pretty well through the spring and summer on jigs. But I haven’t had much luck since the lake cooled off. Not sure whether to try creeks or brush piles or really what. But haven’t been having any of luck on standing timber like we did in the summer. I’ve been told to switch to minnows after mid June. Is that accurate for fall/winter crappie on Roberts? Any advice would be appreciated.

I would go east of Wolf Island, If the wind allows, & fish those big 'ol tall pecan trees, jigs, minners. But that's just me.

No boat lane there I'm aware of. Just ease around with your electronics, Mark fish, catch 'em if they'll bite. There's alot of Corp brushpiles that produce also, but you're on your own there.
