Is it a dark sleeper knock-off? The Berkeley version looks better If it is I'd have to say "A swing and a miss"....

Is it a dark sleeper knock-off? The Berkeley version looks better They didn’t have a Berkeley version to look at, but it’s 90% dark sleeper. A little change to the dorsal fin and then put little bumps by the tail. It’s an obvious copy cat, I held them side by side. The way I snag them and lose them, figured I’d try one. Wonder if Randy can make a rant a about copy cat BPS.lol

I dont get the angst over this. I'm not a consumer of googan products, I dont spend much time on youtube other than to watch a Ken Smith video now and again or figure out how to fix something. I'm sure I'm also not their target demographic. The guy signed with them cause he thought it was a good move, they offered him a deal because they thought it was a good move. As far as copy cat baits you just described the whole fishing industry. You can still wear your mega bass tshirts, no one will think any less of you. Bingo

I understand why he went with the Googan squad, just not vice versa. I’m sure I don’t watch pro fishing as much as most people but when I do it seems that he is in the also-ran category. Over hyped!
