Palomar for everything….every type of line….except crankbaits. Those hooks get in my way. Haha.

Pack showed me one, don’t know the name. Shaw Grigsby shows the same knot on a YouTube video, ha said he didn’t know name of it. YouTube search best fluorocarbon knot.

Not sure why the Uni gets no love. Can easily tie with eyes closed and is plenty strong.

Palomar, tie it correctly and no issues. X3 Only time I break off at the knot with Palomar is when I'm snagged up good and try to "pull" it out.

Palomar, tie it correctly and no issues. I'd like to edit, I tie the Palomar for everything except flipping hooks. For them I use a snell knot.

I just used an improved clinch knot, I have zero problems with it as long as I keep it wet.

this is the best i have used i went from palomar to this do a test tie a jig with your knot on a two foot line and another jig on the other end and pull them and see what knot breaks https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3I905PXIYww
