I just replaced the stock HDS 9 G3 at the helm with a new Carbon 9, on my 2016 Skeeter.

I have tried everything, and I cannot figure out why I do not get any sonar reading past 5mph?

Using the same glassed-in transducer for sonar that was used on the HDS G3, and that could read past 55 mph? It's plugged in next to the new AI-3N1 port.

I selected the proper sonar transducer PD-WBL from the installation drop down and saved it. (PD-WBL listed on cable end), also tried "unknown" for the transducer selection.

Soft and hard resets and restore factory defaults. Watched plenty of U-Tube videos. Nothing?

Any help appreciated! Thank you

Is Channel 1 and 2 turned on? What have you selected for source on the sonar page menu? What update do you have on your Carbon? Let me know

"What have you selected for source on the sonar page menu"? This could very well be it!

Both channels are turned on, but I don't think I have checked the source on the sonar page.

The boat stays at Fork, I'll check that next weekend.

Thank you, sir!
