 I need something REALLY TINY designed and 3D printed..... Any suggestions?

Try to withhold all "clever" answers regarding phallic references.  I need a screw printed. I have an almost exact replica of what I need but it's not exact and I need it out of a weak material. Anyone know who does stuff like this? I've tried to contact many DFW 3D printers online and I've got nothing in return. Thanks! J

Make a rubber mold, then pour plaster for your screw.

or make a mold out of the stuff, they make mouth guards for people who grind their teeth. then pour the screw.

Boss man has a 3D printer, how soon do you need it?
I have a laser engraver/cutter if that could be of any help.
