you can launch... the lake is about 4ft low.. Can't help you on fishing..

Launching at the marina is brutal. Tear equipment up fast. Massive chug holes

You can launch at Mustang. Went yesterday. Caught 3 fish, all bass. Not bad out there and not a lot of boats.

I think Mustang is the only other ramp open other than the marina.
