We finally got to get some lines wet for the first time this year. The day was sunny and beautiful. The bite was slow all day, but we still ended up with 19 fish. Mostly lmb and crappie and one redear. We kept 4 crappie for dinner and the rest of the fish were released to swim another day.

When we got home and Leo got to cleaning fish 3 were females and 1 was a male. We caught them on 1/8 and 1/16oz JIGLYF jigs.

Nice catch guys...how developed were the egg sacs in the females ?
