My Tony’s are pretty tough they take a lot of abuse and hold up for at least 6-8 months

Thorogood and Danner are top notch, both companies have American made boots and fully rebuild them.

Don't get steel toe or safety toe unless you absolutely must. They are significantly less comfortable.

The first time the steel toe gets bent into your toe you wlll wish you never had them. This is from experience, corner of a large heavy package hit my big toe and bent the steel toe into my toe. Took 20 minutes to cut away the boot and bend the steel toe back out of my toe. Composite or heavy leather would have been better than steel.

My Twisted X have held up well so far, about a year, I do a ton of walking/hiking at work.
