Mine was one beer with my grandfather. I grew up watching him listen to the Rangers in the kitchen on a radio, that looked a lot like the one on Gilligan's Island. when they opened the new "old" ballpark. I got 2 free tickets from one of my vendors. The only live ballgame he had ever been to. To watch his face in awe as we walked in was amazing. Later as the beer guy came by I asked if he wanted a beer, cause I was getting me one. It's the one and only time I ever seen him drink a beer. We sat behind the dug out, a few rows up. I watched him, and he watched the game. I bet we didn't speak 20 words a piece the whole night. Man how I miss him.

First beer with dad years ago was pretty cool although I grew up without alcohol in the home. He’s 94 and we’ll have a beer together couple times a week nowadays.

I had a lot of memorable beers in Belgium, but the most memorable may have been drinking Orval at the monastery where the monks produce it. Really special place.

Bells Expedition Imperial Stout. My son bought me a six pack back around 2005 for my Birthday, and it’s the best Imperial Stout I’ve ever had. Every time he comes back off leave we each have one.

Fosters. It was a great big blue can that I spotted in the refrigarator. My dad was watching Texas football with his banker friend Bruce and I asked my dad if I could have $20 dollars. His response was in the form of a joke, which my father never told, and they laughed as he gave me the money. That was the first and only one of Two times I ever saw my father buzzed. I realized they were tipsy on drinking fosters all day. I wanted it, I drank it, it sucked. Still the most memorable beer I ever drank.

Five years old...at the lake with my parents and my father's brother. He gave me a sip of his Coors. I puked everywhere. Beer is gross.

I sat next to this chick at the airport in Atlanta at the bar close to our gate. I thought she might be Oprah Winfrey. When I asked her, she said she was not Oprah Winfrey. Things got awkward after that. She asked me why I thought she was Oprah and I was afraid to answer. She had the haircut and was a bit portly, even had the pants suit. I just shrugged and said it was something about her eyes that resembled her. She kept getting more angry so I ended up buying her a make up beer. I ended up drinking that one as well. She was on my plane to Dallas but thankfully didn’t sit by me. We stood across from each other at baggage claim in Dallas. She kept shooting knives at me with her eyes, I kept just looking at the shoot hoping my suitcase would shoot out the slide. At least we parked in different areas of the garage.

The most memorable was always the one that was currently in my hand.

Beer is brilliant. Coors is not a beer. But then again I grew up in England but now the micro breweries are brilliant. Who needs Royalty?

The one after a long day of hunting. Sitting down in the camp chair and downing a cold one.

June of 1967 at about 2pm. It was during the six day war and we flying the flag in the Red Sea during the conflict. We were also running low on fuel. The Captain came over the speaker announcing we would be refueling in one of the best ports in that area. When we pull to the pier it had one lone structure sitting on it with refueling hoses laying there ready for use. We had to drag and attach them ourselves and when done a "native" came out and turned on the valves. After we were done and the hoses were replaced he muster all of us on the pier that were not on duty for an "inspection". Then from the aft hole a pallet consisting of 50 cases of PBR was transferred to the pier and we had an hour to "remove" the trash on the pier. It was hot beer, in the hot sun, but it sure tasted good.
