Got my debit card info stolen/hacked over the thanksgiving holiday and forgot to renew my $50 sling live TV subscription. Took me about a week to realize it! Decided screw it and I have no Live TV source. Dont really mind it so far. All the sports shows are trash nowadays, everyones too woke to risk saying something that can be construed improperly or getting fired by the woke network daddy. If I gotta watch NBA or NFL games figure the season tickets will work out cheaper than the $50/month for live TV.

I realized i was paying $50ish a month to watch 4 shows that were just meh at this point. Aside from that I basically just have youtube videos or music running in the background. Anyone else off the live tv now? I admit, I did subscribe to the $13 hulu+disney bundle to rewatch the Mandolorian, and watch the new marvel and boba fett shows. But im only gonna run that a couple months and then stick to youtube videos. Its nuts how much content is on youtube (both legal and pirated LOL)....and those 4 sports shows I watch, I can now catch about 75% of them on youtube for free 🤷‍♂️

If any of you are like me and have the TV on all the time....but dont watch...consider cutting the Live TV! saved a Vision 110's worth per month even with hulu+disney and havent really missed anything.

its weird but I kinda get that feeling too! I know im still subscribed to some and watch youtube, but i was shocked it took me a week to notice...and that im not minding it now. we really do get that addiction of sorts....because I always have the TV on, but i cant tell you what im watching 90% of the time aside from when i watch those 3-4 shows i like.

I use hulu and the live tv icon is redundant.

We literally only keep it around for Tucker Carlson.

I have never had cable. I once tried Sling for the free period.
Antenna TV is more than enough plus internet.

I get all I need from my Mexican radio.

Got too expensive for us retirees. No TV period. My friends think we are whacko but I dont miss it a bit!

After the college NC game, l'll be cancelling DISH. Warned the household and within a day or 2 the 18 yr old put her tv out of her room. Figured there would be a mutinous uprising but...nope.

We are going Hulu live ,we have amazon prime and Netflix

YouTube TV, Amazon Prime, Disney +, Netflix, and HBO Max

No Dish or anything like it for at least 6 years. Only thing I miss is NFL games.
