It's cray cray out there. I had a conversation with my daughter about my granddaughter who my daughter has wearing a mask in school. My granddaughter is 7 and vaccinated and the only kid in the class wearing a mask. My daughter is upset the other parents won't mask their kids.

I told her she made her choice and the other parents make their own. How would she feel if the other parents made her decision for her? Who should have the final decision for their child? Infuriated with my insensitive grandpa questioning and logic she grew angry in a flash and started to cry. I stepped out to the garage to respool a reel and the wife talked her off the rage. I let her know that COVID is a topic she needs to avoid since she won't accept other views. Like I said...it's cray cray out there.

You fellas talking about planes and dying on them, there were 137 air fatalities last year.Compare that to 38,680 traffic deaths last year and 3,986 of those were on Texas highways. Or is there some other reason you’re against flying, not that it’s any of my business but just wondering. It’s got nothing to do with body counts. I get in my truck and get there in a reasonable window of expectations. I return when I want to, if I’m done early I leave early if things go sideways and have to stay another day I do without worry.

Outfit I work for is in Tallassee. I get in the truck it’s twelve hours and I’m there. The shortest time I’ve flown was fifteen. Once was three days.

And the airports aren’t playing!!! Went to pick up the wife yesterday, was going to wait by the baggage carousel so I could carry her bag for her. Didn’t have a mask.. I walked in entrance E16 and within minutes was told I had to produce and put on a mask or exit the building by security. They weren’t nice about it either… felt like they were hoping I would resist the order. Walked 2 foot behind me all the way to the door.

Has it really? Or have 75 people happen to die while testing positive ????? Die from the million other things that people die from every day........
