I have Ranger Z175 and I have trouble opening two larger storage compartment doors, specifically for batteries and live-well because of carpet glued on the doors. It is my seventh boat and most of them have the issue when they are relatively new. Now it is the time for me to figure it out!

Any advice is highly appreciated

go buy a can of spray silicone and spray on the edge of the doors inside. Unless it is sticking on the outside then spray that area.

I would agree with you , but then we would both be WRONG !!!!!

Get a beard trimmer and shave the carpet fibers down just a little bit. Sounds like they are too furry and snug.
