How will motor warranty be honored with Evinride bowing out of the outboard industry? It is no problem getting warranty work or parts on these motors. I have one and never had any problems.

How will motor warranty be honored with Evinride bowing out of the outboard industry? It is no problem getting warranty work or parts on these motors. I have one and never had any problems. Well, just asking, EXACTLY where would one go for warranty work on Evinrude?

Well, just asking, EXACTLY where would one go for warranty work on Evinrude? I donโt know about the metroplex but out this way Outdoor Specialties does warranty work. I had work done a couple months ago and got new injectors put in. Took 2 weeks including getting parts. I have also ordered a few parts that I installed like pickup vents steering cowl and got them in days.
Retirement best job ever.

They haven't been giving any issues when dealing with the warranty. If anything, they've been taking care of any warranty related claims, faster. My warranty is good through 11/23

I'm not sure where everyone is from, but to make it easy, you can go to their website and their is a service center locator that you can use to find your nearest dealer.

For those that asked, Evinrude is still manufacturing powerheads, midsections, lower units etc for warranty and general parts. They shut that operation down for a while during covid but restarted. When I needed a lower unit under warranty I was back on the water in less than 2 weeks.
