Well its time boys. 47 years of bank fishing, bumming rides in my buddies bass boat from time to time has changed come tomorrow. 12/9/2021 will be my first time on the water solo in my Kayak. I know its silly to post this kind of junk on here, but why not add to the community and share my adventure with like minded folks from a non-seasoned green horn Kayaker like myself.
Wish me luck gentlemen and keep them lines tight.

Best advice I could give is ALWAYS wear your pfd and keep your paddle in your lap, ready to use. Glad you had a safe outing!

But the very next day took it out to Denton Creek and tore up the Crappie. Yes I see what you are saying, I absolutely love it. I can only imagine it gets better when ya upgrade the Yak. Its in my blood now... Bring'em on boys! John

Congratulations. Be careful because kayak fishing is very addicting. Also, keep that PFD on.
