I noticed a week ago one of my boat's trailer tires was loose. It was because the bearing is worn out. Luckily I caught it in time. I took the hub off, and pulled the bearigns out so I could match thme up. I went to Bass Pro and found what I needed- and proceeded to chunk the old ones (ina ziplock baggie) in the trash... Well I got back and got it all back together MINUS the spindle nut,nut cover, and washer..... it happened to be in that stupid ziplock baggie I chunked in the trash at Bass Pro. I hurried up and got cleaned up and went back to the Garland Bass Pro, except they had already emptied the trash can!!! DANGIT!!! THEY ARE TOO CLEAN!! LOL!! I thought no big deal.... well- until I spent all saturday, sunday, and half of monday looking for one.... NOWHERE, including NAPA autoparts have the correct nut ( thread count per inch is where the problem lies).... I finally got smart enough to call EZ LOADER trailers and spent a matter of seconds with the lady on the phone!!! I was thumping my own noggin!!!!! DUH!!! she sent one free of charge...

SO the moral is- DONT BE KEWL AND THROW AWAY PARTS LIKE YOU ARE A PRO or something.... LOL!!!

Ronnie,

Always keep your old parts until you are completely finished with a job. You never know what you will need.

we find new things every day, and scratch out heads and go, "what did that come off, or when did we get that?"
