Don't know last time dad took it out it died and haven't been to start that was a couple years ago

Tinkering with it this morning
1. Both cylinders at 30 psi not sure that's good but at least they're the same.
2. Got spark on both plugs
3. Next step fuel?

30 psi is extremely low.
fuel pump is probably out since you have spark
