No surgery but cortisone shots and a ton of physical therapy both on site and at home for months. It took awhile but finally the pain was gone and so far has not returned and that was several years ago. You have to really stay with with the PT stretching exercises to make it work and last.

Singhal did my son's labrum and rotator cuff surgery and was a big success back in 2016. This spring will be his 6th year pitching in college. Arm is about toast now but lasted a good length of time when abusing it as a pitcher. Glad to hear your pains haven't returned, Hardrain. Heerwagen did my knee scope and I can't say the same for end results.

I had it bad last year. In the mornings, I could not pick up a coffee cup. My Ortho prescribed something called "Dry needling". It is kinda like acupuncture. They drive little thin needles into the area and connect it to an electrode device. It sounds like it would hurt but it doesn't. It triggers your brain to rush blood to that area. It helped mine a lot. I had about 5 treatments done on it.

Lazer therapy would help that. I go to a place in Dallas for sciatic nerve therapy and it works for me.

Advanced regereration.
