I use to fishing this little pond in the Watauga Texas area from time to time and had fun catching the little fellas. A few years ago they dug out the pond and did some more work to make it more pretty I guess. Last word I heard was they were going to begin to re-stock it. Has anyone been out there lately and if so any luck?

JohnBo . i was there the last week of December bottom fishing and met a teenager from out of state visiting his grandmother. He stopped and asked advise and I told them that grassy area on the other side looked good for bass. H chunked for a bit on either side on me then decided to walk to the other side , within a few minutes he hooked into one . He ended up catching 4 bass in a short time . I cant tell you the exact size due the distance between us but no more than 2 pounds I would imagine . there sre fish of several species currently so it would be worth a shot for you to go .
P.B. Carp ....29 lbs .... P.B. Buffalo 34.4
