How many things can go wrong before you give up?
Had a good day on Lewisville Friday so decided to go again today. Left the Marina at 9:15 Headed north from the 121 cut. About 3 miles north the prop spun out the hub. Could only move at idle.Decided to deploy the trolling motor and limp someplace but the trolling motor would not lower into the water. It worked fine on Friday.
Idled for 45 min to a beach and backed the boat to the shore. Dan waded in and managed to change to my spare prop. Glad I had one. By that time it was noon. Tried to fish on the anchor for an hour and gave up.
Caught 2 fish. Definitely not my day. Going out tomorrow to call Minn Kota and see what my trolling motor problem is.

Becareful ordering parts, I've been waiting for a gearbox for my Terrova for 3 1/2 weeks. Still don't know when it will be here..
