the 10 day weather forecast has nothing but scattered showers for Tawakoni. We are heading there to celebrate the 4th. Hope to find some dry patch of land to pitch and an open ramp to launch. Ramp was still open this past Thursday but all the rains could change that. Any fishing reports?

Shrimp, a cork, and flooded weeds is the only recipe you need for getting a youngster bit. There hasn't been a bad spot yet. And the rocks at the dam are still holding alot of pan size cats.

Anywhere you find rocks along the shore. Fish about 3 feet deep. Worms or stink bait. We cought about 20 in an hour and half saturday.
