Why would Dallas County not try this animal with the death penalty. He is accused of robbing and killing 18 senior citizens. What possible criterial did they use to only go for life without parole. This is a death penalty case if there ever was one. Possible one saving grace is he will be tried in Collin County I have to think they will do the right thing and try him for capital punishment.
I just don’t understand this one at all should be slam dunk and straight to death row.

Maybe race, race of the victims, I don't know. They may only have real evidence in the 1 case he got caught.

Mistrial…hard to believe one idiot woman juror led to the mistrial. Makes the Dallas County DA look pretty smart for just trying him for one of the murders. They still have 17 or 16 plus the one in Collin County.
