While I have no doubt he was being attacked and defended himself I personally dont like that he got himself in that situation. If I took my white little self down to mlk at fair park at night to wash my car at a car wash I had no business going to and cranked up some Johnny Reb on the the radio I'm sure I could eventually get myself in a similar situation. Would I be breaking the law, no. Is it a good idea f no. Should he be acquitted, yup. Should it be celebrated nope. He is a moron. I don't see this scenario the same. You would be just going down to agitate people and get into trouble. Rittenhouse went to help in the BLM thugs buring business like yours and trying to help stop it. I think the kid just had a little to much testosterone and got himself over his head. I don't blame the kid he seems to have more balls then a lot of men who didn't go try and stop the BLM thugs from burning anymore. I just don't see your scenario being the same as his. Cause and affect, you even say "too much testosterone and got himself in over his head" He didnt think through what could happen and what the consequences could be and now he is living them. Regardless of outcome he will have to live with this for the rest of his life, i think he acted in self defense but also put himself in a high risk situation. I understand the sentiment here on the forum as far as what should happen to the rioters destroying property and im not going against that, but when you go down the path he did you should know and understand the possibilities of where he is at and how that will affect the rest of your life. "Young and dumb" is something i think we have all said in regards to some of the things we did that we would now not do Well said but wouldn’t what you wrote be for anyone going there to stand against BLM RIOTERS I am only defending his right to defend himself I am defending his right to stand and defend our country and business I think it’s a shame a boy had to do it and grown men condemn him for having the courage to do what most won’t today And yes he will have to live with his decisions and it may be worth it to him and his family I didn’t see any of the people on here willing to go do what he did at any point We have to at some point be willing to sacrifice for the greater good. I think that is what he thought he was doing, it’s just to bad he didn’t have anyone to guide him away from doing this at such a young age Yes, but i would consider you living in the town being burned down to have a little more skin in the game. When people are trying to burn down your business you have more at risk already, Traveling to another city you are inserting yourself into that risk. Again, i understand how jacked up the rioters are especially destroying the community and people's property so i get wanting to shut them down. (now did they prove his ties to the community? that adds a little more reason to why he was there) Was he the only one there who had a gun standing up against rioters? How many other incidents happened? What i said isnt so much saying what he did was flat out wrong, it was just that saying he has "more balls" than other people is pretty short sighted as well. He likely didnt really think about all these possible consequences when other people probably did, sometimes not pulling the trigger takes just as much courage as pulling the trigger.

Geographically it is akin to driving from McKinney to Downtown Dallas. With his father residing in Kenosha and typical custodial agreements, Kyle had Kenosha as a 2nd residence. As those who have sadly gone through a divorce or custody trial and only get court appointed time would know, the verbiage is typically " primary residence" for the custodial parent/party leaving inference to the non custodial parent/party as the 2nd residence. The child spends 35-48% of the time with the non custodial parent depending on the custody order issued by a court.

Why he was there is immaterial. Why he had a gun is immaterial. The ONLY question that matters in this trial is if he was defending himself.

This line of videos is not good for the state. He will try to say " he did not point the gun at KR, he just ran towards him". Hope the jury sees how comical that argument is

Mr Binger can not seem to stay off the Judges brown list... one has to wonder if this is a ploy to get an outburst against him in front of the jury in hopes to get pity from them.

Prosecutor needs to be in prison for being a [censored]. Just wanted to compliment you on typing the prefix “dumb” in your censored material. Otherwise, we’d have had some problems with the a. Great job!
